Shipping and Delivery Details

Every single item in the store is made to order once you have made your purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for production. Once your order is printed and sewn, we will email you with your tracking number (Canada & USA orders) to confirm your order. Once an order has left our office, it is in the care of the courier/postal service and depending on where you are located shipping can take an additional 5-10 business days. Matus Atelier is not liable for any errors made by these services. It is very possible that you may receive part of your order before the rest, our goal is to get you your items as quickly as we can, don't worry, we'll send the rest as soon as it's ready!

Taxes and International Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which is decided once a shipment reaches the destination country. Matus Atelier cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. We take all necessary steps to clearly, accurately, and comprehensively label the package to ensure a smooth international shipping process through customs. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country.

Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. If you refuse a shipment from Matus Atelier, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Matus Atelier.

Returns & Exchanges

Matus Atelier has a 15 Day Exchange on all items with the exception of "made for you" custom, limited edition merchandise or bespoke orders. If purchased any of our regular items and something doesn't fit or if you don’t love it as much as you hoped, you can simply exchange it. Your items need to be unwashed and unworn in order to exchange. Unfortunately we can’t accept exchanges for any items that show signs of being worn. Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless you received the incorrect item or the item is faulty.  It's mandatory that you contact us at andrea@matusatelier.com before returning any items for exchange so that we can provide you with a correct shipping label.

Were you sent a faulty item?

At Matus Atelier quality is of the utmost importance, and despite our absolute best efforts, sometimes mistakes happen. If you were sent you an item that isn’t quite right, please email andrea@matusatelier.com and we’ll do everything we can to make things right! You must contact us before returning any items so we can provide you with complete return instructions.
